The event listing discloses the programme and remedy before booking. A full refund under our commercial policy applies for organiser cancellation, an on-time ready guest receiving fewer than four delivered dates, eligible cancellation at least 48 hours before the advertised start, or removal for a reason other than substantiated conduct. Safety exits, statutory rights and more favourable ticket promises remain protected. Refunds are reviewed by staff and requested through support. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law come with the ticket and these terms cannot take them away.
