Guidelines
Loveline is a series of one-to-one voice dates. Start with conversation. Your approved primary photo appears in the final 60 seconds. The non-contact profile fields you agreed to share have the same visibility during dates and on connection profiles. Only a confirmed connection unlocks approved optional secondary photos and your selected contact details.
Be kind
You will not want another date with everyone you meet, and that is fine. Be as considerate with the seventh person as you were with the first. Give each other room to speak and listen.
No harassment, threats, discriminatory abuse, unwanted sexual behaviour, impersonation, scams or sales pitches. A person is free to leave without explaining why.
Start with curiosity
Ask about something they enjoy, a story they mentioned or a shared icebreaker they chose to share. Do not pressure someone to describe their body, disclose sensitive information or answer an uncomfortable question.
Keep contact details for a connection
Do not ask to swap numbers, socials or addresses during a date. Make your own private final choice; when you both confirm yes, we disclose only the details each of you selected, subject to consent and safety checks. A yes is no obligation to keep talking or meet in person.
Choose photos responsibly
Your primary photo must be recent and clearly show your face. Up to two extra photos are optional. No impersonation, misleading alteration, nudity, genitalia, explicit sexual content or abusive or unsafe images. Staff manually review photos before they are shown; this is not identity verification.
Do not record
We never record your dates. You must not record audio or video, screen-record or photograph a revealed profile. It breaches these guidelines and may lead to removal or a ban after staff review. We cannot prevent someone using a second device; report any concern.
Leave or report when you need to
Tap End this date and confirm to move to waiting. You owe no explanation. Tap Report and confirm to leave before writing what happened; your draft stays with the original partner while the schedule moves on. You return to dating explicitly when ready. You can also report or block someone from My Events or a connection later.
Every report reaches staff. A first qualifying report warns; a second independent qualifying report in the same event creates an admin-lobby safety hold. Staff can act urgently without waiting for two. A report is a concern to review, not proof of guilt. Reporting or leaving an unsafe date is not voluntary abandonment under the refund guarantee.
